2.1 A series of flat membrane production company specialized components used in submerged membrane bioreactor (MBR). 3.1 Flat sheet membrane module structure

(1) Membrane element cassette:

The main function is to collect the MBR system of water production :

 1)Membrane  elements; 2)Collector  pipe; 3)Hose:  connecting  membrane element and collector pipe; 4)Fixed plate   5)Baffle plate

(2) Aeration cassette:

The main function of the gas water mixture, scour surface, reduce or prevent membrane fouling and provide biochemical oxygen demand.

4.Flat sheet membrane MBR system

 4.1 MBR system pretreatment

No pre-processing is unthinkable for MBR; pretreatment; to prevent membrane fouling,  but  also  to  ensure  the  normal  operation  of  the  biological  system; according  to  the  characteristic  of  raw  water  pretreatment,  selection  of appropriate   measures;   improper    pretreatment:   grille    is   too   thick,   the flocculation is not sufficient (PAM), between the adsorbed polymer.

To strengthen the membrane fouling:

1)The organic matter in raw water and surfactant or refractory (such as landfill leachate, etc.) or the area of perennial low temperatures, to set lower than the membrane flux at room temperature.

2) When the film must be in the pool placed in membrane aeration equipment onboard, do not respond to membrane flow (reflux caused by spin) the way.
