Membrane Bio-Reactor is called as MBR, which is a new technology that introduces membrane module into traditional biological waste water treatment technology. Now MBR is the most advanced and efficient water treatment technology , which can take place of secondary sedimentation tank and further remove the organic/ nitrogen and phosphorus. Our company's MBR is a high-end membrane module developed on the basis of hollow fiber reinforced lining membrane, which has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, stable water quality, large flux and long service life.It is the core equipment of MBR process.
MBR technology greatly enhances the function of bioreactor through membrane separation technology. Our company based on long-term water treatment engineering and experience, independent research and development of the MBR, can effectively obtain low sewage COD,BOD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen and other substances, remove suspended matter in sewage and reduce turbidity.

1. MBR Membrane Fiber
Curtain membrane independently developed and produced by our company is asymmetric structure with PVDF material. On the surface of the supporting structure, the dense separation layer is integrated, and the filtering precision is 0.03-0.2 micron.
