Our independent R & D and production of curtain membrane asymmetric (asymmetric) structure, PVDF material, on the surface of the support structure, integrated composite dense separation layer, filtration accuracy of 0.03 -0.1µm. 

This kind of membrane filament has the highest filtration accuracy in the MBR membrane assembly of hollow fiber at present. The maximum pore diameter is 0.0552 micron, the minimum pore diameter is 0.0301 micron, and the average pore diameter is 0.0341 micron. The pore diameter distribution is very uniform.

The smaller filtration accuracy can ensure that the pollutants cannot enter the membrane hole, which will lead to blockage. Therefore, it has great advantages in anti-pollution ability and membrane flux, as well as lasting hydrophilicity.

The average pore size of this kind of curtain membrane independently developed and produced by our company is 0.0341 micron, or 34.1nm, which fully meets the requirements of "submerged hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane components and devices for drinking water treatment"


According to the national standard GB/T 25279-2010 test, the water yield of our company's membrane silk is 0.1361m3/(m2 h), that is, 136.1 L/ m2. However, according to China's urban construction industry standard CJ/T 530-2018, the pure water flux of supporting membrane is no less than 40L/ m2 /h;Therefore, this membrane filament is the most water-yielding membrane in the current organic MBR membrane, and the membrane flux is about twice as much as that of other MBR membrane.
